Deutsche Post is seeking an HR and Payroll Process Senior Expert to lead global Time and Pay design, documentation, and process standardization. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions to optimize interfaces, data delivery, and cross-system integrations within a large, multinational HR ecosystem.

The role requires strong payroll knowledge, stakeholder management, and English fluency, with experience in Oracle Cloud, Workday, or SAP.

Qualificações

Good understanding of payroll processes, design and compliance.
Demonstrated Senior Stakeholder Management.
Strong Excel skills to support data validation.
Experience with Time & Pay processes in HR systems (Oracle Cloud, Workday, SAP).
Very good business English.
Experience in designing and implementing payroll or time interfaces (not coding).

Responsabilidades

Provide expertise on global Time and Pay process design and documentation.
Interpret and test interface design to ensure robust payroll data delivery to external systems.
End-to-end accountability for standardization and documentation of existing processes.
Identify risks, propose mitigations, and resolve escalations.
Standardize Time and Pay processes with HR and stakeholders outside HR.
Design and implement changes in local TOM adaptations and communicate updates.
