Job summary

Daewoong Bio Indonesia is seeking a performance-driven hospitality operations leader to translate goals into annual plans and measurable targets. You will drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profitability through direct bookings and OTA channels, and oversee end-to-end operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, coworking and shared spaces.

A strong focus on community programming and resident experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service-related industries such as co-living, co-working, hotels, or hospitality.
• Minimum 5 years of team leadership experience, with the ability to organize, delegate, and mentor team members.
• Fluent in English, with strong customer and partner communication skills.
• Experience working for a global company or with diverse international customers.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools.
• Strong understanding of customer satisfaction and service quality, with the ability to make sound judgments as a leader.
• Experience in budgeting, revenue, and cost management, with the ability to establish and manage operational budgets.
• Experience with PMS, OTA extranets (Booking.com, Airbnb) and community programming is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations across front office, housekeeping, maintenance, security, coworking and shared spaces with clear SOPs.
• Create a welcoming resident experience and meaningful community programs, from networking events to wellness sessions.
• Lead, coach and develop the BLive team, and report results to headquarters.
• Drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and profitability across direct booking and OTA channels.
