InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Sales & Marketing Director in Indonesia to lead the sales team, drive occupancy and revenue, and shape strategic plans across hospitality services. You will oversee daily activities, set performance targets, and collaborate with marketing to upsell hotel offerings.

The role requires a marketing or related degree and 4+ years of hospitality sales leadership, with strong local market knowledge and language skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 4+ years in hospitality/hotel sales & marketing with direct supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily sales activities and coach the team to achieve full potential.
• Hit personal and team sales goals to maximise profitability.
• Create and implement sales plans driving occupancy, rate, volume, F&B and banquet sales.
• Produce and review monthly performance reports.
• Lead marketing efforts to upsell hotel services and amenities.
