We are looking for a proactive sales professional who understands the agency landscape and thrives on driving high-value conversions. As a Sales Representative, you will be the bridge between our agency’s creative solutions and global brands looking for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
• Experience selling digital services or within a marketing agency preferred.
• Proven track record of reaching global/intl clients outside Indonesia.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones (EU, APAC, US).
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive).

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel outreach to engage global brands.
• Qualify leads through discovery calls and meetings.
• Book monthly qualified sales meetings and consultations.
• Maintain CRM and track activities and statuses.
• Present marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Branding) to clients.
• Handle objections and move deals through funnel.
• Provide market insights to leadership to optimize outreach.
