Qualifications

• Over 3 years of experience in human resources.
• Fluent in English; cross-border collaboration experience preferred.
• Experience in internet industry recruitment with solid HR knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills and quick learning.
• Experience in Game/Esports industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with game and esports teams to clarify recruitment needs and manage full lifecycle including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement and onboarding support.
• Provide daily HR support for Indonesia team operations, including SOPs for employee entry, transfer, resignation and dismissal, payroll documents and liaising with external vendors.
• Familiar with local labor laws and regulations of Indonesia to ensure HR compliance, and assist in building local HR management systems.
• Be responsible for daily office administration and procurement work.
