Social Bread Indonesia is expanding its TikTok GO sales team in Indonesia, Tangerang region, seeking a proactive Sales/BD professional. You will identify and onboard F&B merchants, pitch TikTok GO solutions, and close deals with key decision-makers.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales or business development, strong networking in the digital marketing scene, and proven ability to drive merchant growth and revenue targets across a competitive market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in digital agency, social media, TikTok, or related industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and business growth.
• Strong network or existing client/channel within TikTok, digital marketing, or brand ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new F&B merchants to TikTok GO.
• Identify and approach potential restaurant, café, and F&B brand partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key decision-makers.
• Handle the full sales process, from pitching and negotiation to closing and onboarding.
• Understand merchant needs and offer relevant TikTok GO solutions and promotions.
• Manage the merchant pipeline and achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on F&B market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and campaign execution.
