Job summary

Social Bread in Indonesia seeks a results-driven sales professional to acquire and onboard F&B merchants for TikTok GO.

You will identify restaurants, cafés, and brands, approach them with compelling TikTok GO proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from pitch to close.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and ongoing account growth, leveraging your network in the TikTok and digital marketing ecosystem, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in digital agency, social media, TikTok, or related industry.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in client acquisition and business growth.
• Strong network or existing client/channel within the TikTok, digital marketing, or brand ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new F&B merchants to TikTok GO.
• Identify and approach potential restaurant, café, and F&B brand partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and key decision-makers.
• Handle the full sales process, from pitching and negotiation to closing and onboarding.
• Understand merchant needs and offer relevant TikTok GO solutions and promotions.
• Manage the merchant pipeline and achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on F&B market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and campaign execution.
