Job summary

TAILG Indonesia is expanding its logistics team to optimize cross-border import-export operations for its electric vehicle supply chain. The role collaborates with internal departments, overseas suppliers, freight forwarders, PPJK, and customs authorities to ensure compliant and timely shipments.

Mandarin communication is essential for coordinating with China partners and teams. Candidate will handle documentation, customs clearance, and end-to-end process monitoring, ensuring Indonesian

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in export-import or international logistics.
• Experience in handling import processes and customs clearance with PPJK/freight forwarders.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and documentation (PIB, PEB, HS Code).
• Ability to coordinate with overseas suppliers and teams via Mandarin.
• Proactive problem solver with attention to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export processes including documentation and delivery coordination.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of import-export documents.
• Coordinate with PPJK, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers for clearance.
• Monitor shipment progress from origin to warehouse and flag delays or issues.
• Ensure HS code classification and import requirements comply with regulations.
• Communicate with China suppliers and overseas teams using Mandarin.
