Job summary

CATL invites you to join our global team to expand overseas energy storage sales from Indonesia. You will drive growth, forge strategic partnerships, and deliver on annual targets across markets with a focus on energy storage solutions.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and present credible forecasts. Travel and bilingual communication in English/Bahasa are required, with Mandarin a plus, to manage key client relationships and regional opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience driving sales in renewable energy or energy storage industries, preferably overseas.
Strong communication, leadership, and business etiquette.
Deep understanding of energy storage technologies and market dynamics.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop overseas energy storage sales with a strategic approach and meet targets.
Negotiate commercial contracts, term sheets, and pricing in projects.
Coordinate between project teams and cross-functional departments.
Prepare quotations and follow up orders to close yearly sales.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Stay informed on regional market trends and competitors.
Build and maintain strong client/partner relationships with excellent service.
