Job summary

Gotion High-Tech Indonesia is seeking a dynamic sales professional to develop and grow C&I ESS and utility-scale energy storage solutions within Indonesia. You will build strategic relationships with EPCs, IPPs, solar developers, industrial customers, mining companies and data centers, while driving the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.

Qualifications

• Experience across energy storage, solar PV, lithium battery and renewable energy domains.
• Established network with PLN, EPCs, IPPs, solar developers, industrial customers, mining firms or data centers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and business development skills; willing to travel across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop C&I ESS and Utility-scale BESS business in Indonesia.
• Build relationships with EPCs, IPPs, Solar Developers, industrial customers, mining companies and data centers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
• Provide professional energy storage solutions with technical teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and represent the company at exhibitions and customer meetings

Job description

• Experience in Energy Storage, Solar PV, Lithium Battery, Renewable Energy, Power Industry, Electrical Equipment, UPS, Diesel Generator or Industrial Equipment.
• Existing network with PLN, EPCs, IPPs, Solar Developers, Industrial Customers, Mining Companies or Data Centers is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills; willing to travel across Indonesia.
