Job summary

Daewoong Indonesia is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional to manage ER/IR across multiple entities and ensure compliant people practices.

You will handle disciplinary actions, investigations, and separations, coordinating with Disnaker, HR, Legal, and Korea HQ, translating Indonesian laws into practical policies and guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field; law degree preferred.
• Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Employee Relations or related HR roles.
• Strong working knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
• Experience handling employee disciplinary cases, grievances, and employment separation; direct interaction with Disnaker.
• Good working proficiency in English for reporting with Korea HQ and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations across multiple entities, including grievances, misconduct, disciplinary issues, workplace conflicts, and other employee cases.
• Handle end-to-end case management, including investigation, evidence gathering, documentation, recommendation, and follow-up actions.
• Advise HR and line managers on disciplinary actions and ensure consistent application of Company Regulation and applicable regulations.
• Manage employee separation matters, including resignation, mutual separation, contract non-renewal, and PHK, in coordination with HR, Finance, Management, and Legal.
• Maintain complete, confidential, and audit-ready case documentation.
• Monitor ER/IR trends and prepare regular ER/IR reports and dashboards for local management and Korea HQ.
