Job summary

BeautyHaul is seeking a seasoned ecommerce specialist to plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns across platforms, and to lead influencer and affiliate initiatives from sourcing to evaluation.

You will work with supply chain, marketing, and regional teams to optimize product assortment, monitor pricing, and analyze sales trends, delivering data-driven decisions for growth. The role requires 3+ years in ecommerce and proficiency with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Excel dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, E-commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or digital commerce.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and brand websites.
• Proven experience in managing online sales, promotional campaigns, and marketplace operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ecommerce dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute monthly promotional campaigns on Ecommerce Platforms.
• Develop and execute KOL, influencer, and affiliate campaigns, from talent sourcing and briefing to campaign execution and performance evaluation.
• Maintain relationships with regular buyers and searching for new buyer (International Business).
• Monitor pricing, promotions, stock availability, and product assortment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, warehouse, local marketing, digital ads, etc) to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives & operations.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports related to sales performance, market trends, and business operations.
