Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Ltd. is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own and nurture customer relationships across contracted services and data center projects.

You will serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, driving operational excellence, issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, manage SLAs, budgets, and timelines, and ensure seamless project handover from planning to operation while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of work experience in the data center, MEP consultancy, construction, or IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow customer relationships as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring SLAs, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams across sales, design, construction, and operations.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and documentation align with ITIL-based processes.
• Collaborate with operations, network, and IT service teams to ensure service continuity.
