Job summary

DayOne Data Centers in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support the Customer Success Manager in delivering high-quality services to clients. You will coordinate daily operations, assist with project execution, and ensure service delivery meets contractual and internal standards.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and capable of collaborating across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in DC industry/MEP/Construction; fresh grads encouraged.
• Excellent customer interface, communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn, self-driven, adaptable to changes.
• Strong client-service orientation and conflict mediation skills.
• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• English proficiency preferred; second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in customer engagement and support, maintaining timely and professional responses.
• Monitor service delivery against SLAs and help prepare reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate projects with the Customer Success Manager, tracking milestones and communications.
• Maintain compliant documentation and support ITIL governance requirements.
• Collaborate across operations, network, IT services and construction teams to ensure progress.
