Job summary

PT CNC Design Batam is seeking a dedicated Customs & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team in Batam. This full-time role focuses on import clearance, cost calculation, shipment monitoring, and collaboration with PPJK, customs, and freight forwarders to ensure compliant operations.

You will prepare documents, check HS codes, manage invoices, and maintain accurate records. The role requires strong knowledge of Indonesian customs, experience with WMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo), and

Qualifications

Experience in operational customs clearance and import/export operations.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and documentation requirements.
Familiarity with international shipping terms (FOB, CIF).
Understanding HS codes and duty calculations.
Experience with WMS/ERP systems to track high-value equipment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and submit customs documentation (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).
Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities to ensure compliance.
Monitor shipment progress through customs clearance.
Check HS codes and DG documentation.
Coordinate with logistics providers for transportation and warehousing.
Resolve customs issues to minimise disruptions.
Maintain records of all transactions and filings.
Ensure shipments comply with local and international regulations.
