Job summary

PT. Hongfu in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking a Logistics & Shipping Officer to manage import-export, shipping, customs, and freight forwarding operations onsite. You will handle documentation and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating cross-border shipments.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in shipping/logistics, strong knowledge of Incoterms, and proficient Microsoft Office skills. Mandarin is an advantage and familiarity with CEISA/B/L/packing lists is preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Incoterms is required.

• Minimum 2 years of shipping/logistics experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle import-export, shipping, customs, and freight forwarding documentation.
• Prepare and manage documents including CEISA, AWB, B/L, Packing List, and PPFTZ.
