Job summary

EVERTRADE SOLUTION INDONESIA is seeking a Customs Clearance Specialist to manage import and export clearance processes. You will prepare and review essential documents, coordinate with Bea Cukai and freight forwarders, and monitor cargo releases to completion.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field and at least 3 years of experience, with knowledge of INSW, PIB, PEB, and related systems. English proficiency is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Customs Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in customs clearance.
• Good understanding of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
• Knowledge of LARTAS, BPOM, HS CODE, Karantina, MoT import permit processes and product classification.
• Familiarity with INSW, CEISA, PIB, and PEB systems.
• DJBC/PPJK training certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customs clearance processes for import and export activities.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the completeness of customs documentation (Import Declaration/PIB, Export Declaration/PEB, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
• Coordinate with Customs (Bea Cukai), freight forwarders, and related government agencies.
• Monitor the cargo release process until completion.
• Ensure all customs clearance processes comply with applicable customs regulations.
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during the customs clearance process.
• Stay updated on the latest customs regulations.
