Job summary

TTUKoffer seeks a PR Indonesian Logistics and Customs Clearance Specialist to manage end-to-end import/export customs clearance in Indonesia, coordinating with brokers and authorities for smooth processing.

The role requires a college degree in logistics or related field, 2+ years in Indonesian logistics/customs clearance, fluent English, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; strong network of local providers is a plus, and independence in handling the full clearance life cycle is expected.

Qualifications

• College degree in logistics, international trade, or related field
• At least 2 years of practical experience in Indonesian logistics/customs clearance/international freight forwarding
• Fluent in English reading and writing; Indonesian residency preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Indonesia import and export goods customs clearance, customs declaration data production and audit, docking with local customs broker, processing inspection, and related duties to ensure smooth clearance
• Develop and maintain Indonesia's local logistics channels including inter-island shipping, inland water transportation, land transportation and special line distribution to obtain stable quotations and shipping space
• Responsible for end-to-end tracking of goods, coordinate booking, loading, transportation, sign for receipt, timely processing of delays, damages, losses and other issues
• Familiar with Indonesian customs policies, tariffs, import compliance requirements to reduce clearance and logistics risks
• Complete logistics reconciliation, expense settlement, data statistics and daily reports, and synchronize logistics information with internal departments
