Qualifications

• Experience with online retail platforms or fashion brands (Shopify, Gorgias).
• Strong written communication and ability to deliver top-tier customer support.
• Able to handle high call volumes with strong voice support.
• Troubleshooting software, mobile apps, or hardware.
• Experience supporting digital financial platforms with cross-border payments.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of customer interactions on phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance KPIs.
