Job summary

Nutritionals Company in Jakarta is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the team, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive process improvements.

You will oversee GL, fixed assets, and monthly closings, prepare management reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger (GL), Fixed Asset, and Financial Reporting processes.
• Experienced in month-end closing and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good leadership and people management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
