Job summary

We are looking for a Finance Supervisor who has strong experience in finance, accounting, tax and is able to lead and develop a Finance team.

The Finance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily finance activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting the closing process, handling tax matters, preparing for audits, and providing financial analysis to support management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Finance and Accounting team.
• Lead and monitor the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process.
• Ensure financial reports are prepared accurately and submitted on time.
• Review and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, and other financial reports.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure proper recording and reconciliation of financial transactions.
• Handle and monitor tax-related activities, including tax calculation, reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management.
• Identify financial discrepancies, risks, and potential problems and provide appropriate solutions.
• Monitor financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports for management as required.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding financial and accounting matters.
• Improve Finance processes, controls, and reporting systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Has experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably with supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting.
• Good understanding of taxation and tax compliance.
• Familiar with audit processes and financial controls.
• Strong ability in financial analysis and problem solving.
• Able to analyze financial reports and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
