BIOTA Smart Home is seeking an Accounting Finance Supervisor to oversee our financial operations. You will lead a team responsible for accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective financial management strategies to support business performance.

You will supervise daily accounting tasks, prepare statements, budgets, forecasts, and perform analyses to drive strategic decisions while ensuring tax compliance and coordinating external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in accounting/finance with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and regulations.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and oversee financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Perform financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
