Job summary

Agung Sedayu Group is seeking a General Services Supervisor to oversee housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control across its facilities in Jakarta. The role requires coordinating teams, conducting inspections, and ensuring safety and compliance with company standards.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years’ experience in general services, preferably in residential or office towers, and be willing to be placed at Puri Mansion Apartment, Cengkareng.

• At least 2 years of experience in General Services, preferably from an apartment/office tower.
• Experience in housekeeping, landscape, and pest control.
• Willing to be placed at Puri Mansion Apartment, Cengkareng.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate general services operations, including housekeeping, landscaping, and pest control activities.
• Monitor performance of housekeeping, landscape, and pest control teams according to standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and service areas and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation and records related to general services activities, schedules, and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and workplace safety standards.
• Support planning and implementation of maintenance and facility-related activities.
