Job summary

Agung Sedayu Group is seeking a finance professional to support and manage finance, accounting, tax, and treasury activities at our Jakarta operation. The role involves processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

The position requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, with familiarity in SAP or ERP systems helpful. The candidate may be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor financial transactions, payments, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, cash flow updates, and other finance-related reports.
• Review financial documents and ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.
• Support accounting and tax administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and assist in managing the company’s financial activities.
• Analyze financial data to support reporting, planning, and business decisions.

Job description

Review financial documents and ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.

Support accounting and tax administration and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Monitor cash flow and assist in managing the company’s financial activities.

Analyze financial data to support reporting, planning, and business decisions.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders on finance-related matters.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Support improvements in finance and accounting processes.

Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), North Jakarta.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, Tax, Economics, or a related field.

Previous working experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, or related functions is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Good understanding of accounting principles, financial management, taxation, cash flow management, and financial reporting.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Familiarity with SAP or other ERP/accounting systems is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
