PT Suara Visual Indonesia (SVI) is seeking an experienced General Manager – Sales to lead our sales organization across multiple channels. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, achieving targets, and expanding market opportunities across SVI's divisions.

You will develop strategies for distribution, B2B projects, and B2C retail, while guiding sales managers and teams to optimize performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership experience in managing sales teams and driving business performance.
• Experience across distribution, B2B project sales, and B2C retail, covering both offline and online/e-commerce channels.
• Experience in Pro Audio Visual, professional audio, and musical instruments is highly relevant.
• Experience in IT or consumer electronics is an advantage.
• B2G/government sales and e-Catalogue/LPSE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, analytical, and business development skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
• Lead sales performance across distribution, B2B projects, and B2C retail (offline and online/e-commerce).
• Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and expand customer networks.
• Monitor sales targets, KPIs, forecasts, and profitability, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate sales managers and their teams.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to strengthen business performance.
• Collaborate with management and other departments to support business growth.
