Job summary

PT Pembiayaan Digital Indonesia in Makassar is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales team, implement strategies, and coordinate with marketing to achieve targets.

The role requires a college degree or higher, at least three years of sales experience including team leadership, and strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills. You will manage training, monitor performance, and maintain key customer relationships, reporting to the City Manager.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or above.
• Experience: At least three years of sales experience, including team management experience.
• Experience in consumer finance industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
• Manage the sales team, including training, fraud risk prevention, and new employee induction.
• Coordinate cross-departmental work to ensure consistency between sales activities and marketing plans.
• Analyze market trends and competitive environment to provide direction and support to the sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Solve customer problems and complaints to increase customer satisfaction.
• Report sales performance and market information to the City Manager and other management.
