PT NOVA MODULAR INDONESIA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations in Banyuwangi, East Java. This full-time role requires steering all business activities, driving profitability, and representing the company at high levels.

You will manage operations, budgets, and a high-performing team, while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong client relations. Based in Banyuwangi with a focus on strategic execution and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of senior management experience, including at least 5 years as General Manager or equivalent.
• Proven track record managing large-scale operations and achieving financial targets.
• Experience in modular construction, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activities in Banyuwangi facility.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure profitability.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and company policies.
• Monitor market trends to identify business development opportunities.
• Oversee quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Report performance metrics to senior management.
• Represent the company in external communications and negotiations.
