Key Responsible:

Operational Excellence: Direct day-to-day resort operations across all departments, ensuring luxury service standards, safety, and operational consistency

Leadership & Team Growth: inspire, coach, and manage department heads while fostering a positive working culture and ensuring labor compliance

Financial Oversight: Manage annual budgets, drive profitability, monitor expenses, and optimize resource allocation

Guest Experience: Deliver exceptional hospitality, manage VIP gust relations, and maintain high guest satisfaction scores.

Commercial Strategy: Partner with Sales & Marketing to drive occupancy, increase revenue, and strengthen market positioning

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience 8 - 10 years in a GM, Resort Manager, or EAM role, with at least 3- 5 years in a GM, Resort Manager, or EAM role.

Proven track record in operational management, revenue optimization, budget control, and team leadership.

Location

Full-time on-site presence in Kodi, Sumba

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing remote island resort or luxury boutique properties

Background in pre-opening phases or resort development projects

Familiarity with PMS platforms, revenue management tools, and reporting systems
