Job summary

Gilat Satellite Networks in Jakarta seeks an experienced General Manager to supervise Indonesia operations. You will lead country strategy, budgeting, and P&L for the fiber portfolio, govern contracts, align partners, and ensure readiness of people, processes, and suppliers while driving scalable execution, compliance, and safety.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and willingness to travel to meet deployment goals in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in country, general, or senior business leadership.
• Experience with multi-party contracts and distributed operations; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead country strategy, budgeting, and P&L accountability for the fiber portfolio.
• Lead agreement governance and clarify the responsibility matrix with partners.
• Prepare people, processes, systems, and suppliers.
• Build executive relationships with key partners and authorities.
• Chair performance and risk reviews across deployment, network operations, supply chain, and quality.
• Approve organization scaling by demand, regions, and contractual obligations.
