Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a seasoned Country Manager to establish and lead its Indonesia operations in Aerospace, Satellite Technology, Geospatial Intelligence, Remote Sensing and AI‑powered Analytics.

You will drive market expansion, build government and enterprise partnerships, lead revenue growth, and shape go‑to‑market strategies with regional and global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Geospatial Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial leadership or country management.
• Proven track record in B2G and enterprise sales.
• Strong network within Indonesian government agencies and SOEs.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defense/Satellite/Geospatial/Tech sectors preferred.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's business development and market expansion strategy in Indonesia.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, state-owned enterprises, strategic partners, and key commercial customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across public and private sectors.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve country-level sales objectives.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, customer meetings, and executive-level engagements.
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies for satellite data, geospatial intelligence, and AI-driven solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage strategic commercial discussions.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the establishment and scaling of local operations in Indonesia.

• Strong network within Indonesian government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and strategic industries.
• Experience within Aerospace, Defense, Satellite, Geospatial, Technology, Telecommunications, or related sectors is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and driving market growth.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a business in an emerging market environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
