Job summary

Gilat Satellite Networks, Jakarta-based, seeks an experienced General Manager to lead Indonesia operations. You will guide country strategy, ensure safe market entry, and drive scalable execution of OLT, outside-plant and active/passive equipment scopes.

Qualifications

5+ years in country leadership or senior business leadership.
Experience with multi-party contracts and distributed operations.

Responsibilities

Lead country strategy, business planning, budgeting, and P&L accountability for the fiber portfolio.
Lead agreement governance and clarify the responsibility matrix with partners.
Facilitate readiness for people, processes, systems, and suppliers.
Build executive relationships with Icon+, ITG, authorities, contractors, and strategic suppliers.
Chair performance and risk reviews across deployment, network operations, supply chain, quality, and compliance.
Approve organization scaling by demand, regions, and contractual obligations.
Promote the Integrated Management System, anti-bribery, safety, and social-responsibility policies.
Drive timely decisions and corrective actions.
Match capacity and cost to the market ramp-up.
