Gilat, perusahaan jaringan satelit global, sedang mencari General Manager Fiber Program untuk lokasi Jakarta. Peran ini memimpin portofolio fiber negara, memastikan kepatuhan, performa kontrak, dan kelangsungan finansial sambil menata hubungan dengan mitra kunci.

Tugas utama meliputi strategi negara, perencanaan bisnis, anggaran, dan akuntabilitas P&L, mengoordinasikan tenaga kerja, proses, sistem, serta pemasok; berkolaborasi dengan pihak terkait seperti Icon+, ITG, otoritas, dan kontraktor

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, atau bidang terkait.
• MBA atau kualifikasi pascasarjana setara lebih disukai.
• Pengalaman luas di telekomunikasi, infrastruktur, utilitas, atau kontrak skala besar.
• Minimal 5+ tahun di tingkat nasional dalam kepemimpinan bisnis.
• Pengalaman dalam kontrak lintas pihak dan operasi yang terdistribusi.
• Kesiapan untuk perjalanan dinas dan kerja lapangan sesuai peran.

Responsibilities

• Pimpin strategi negara, perencanaan bisnis, penganggaran, dan akuntabilitas P&L untuk portofolio fiber.
• Pimpin tata kelola perjanjian dan jelaskan matriks tanggung jawab dengan mitra.
• Fasilitasi kesiapan sumber daya manusia, proses, sistem, dan pemasok.
• Bangun hubungan eksekutif dengan Icon+, ITG, otoritas, kontraktor, dan pemasok strategis.
• Ketuai tinjauan kinerja dan risiko terkait deployment, operasi jaringan, rantai pasokan, kualitas, dan kepatuhan.
• Setujui eskalasi organisasi berdasarkan permintaan, wilayah, dan kewajiban kontraktual.
• Dorong Sistem Manajemen Terintegrasi, anti‑suku, keselamatan, dan kebijakan tanggung jawab sosial.
• Dorong keputusan tepat waktu dan tindakan korektif.

For our Indonesia location (Jakarta) we are looking for an experienced General Manager to supervised our local operations.

Your main misson will be to lead the Indonesia distributed-network business, ensuring safe and compliant market entry, contractual performance, financial sustainability, partner alignment, and scalable execution of the OLT, outside-plant, and active/passive equipment scope and more.

• Lead country strategy, business planning, budgeting, and P&L accountability for the fiber portfolio.
• Lead agreement governance and clarify the responsibility matrix with partners.
• Facilitate readiness for people, processes, systems, and suppliers.
• Build executive relationships with Icon+, ITG, authorities, contractors, and strategic suppliers.
• Chair performance and risk reviews across deployment, network operations, supply chain, quality, and compliance.
• Approve organization scaling by demand, regions, and contractual obligations.
• Promote the Integrated Management System, anti-bribery, safety, and social-responsibility policies.
• Drive timely decisions and corrective actions.
• Match capacity and cost to the market ramp-up.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Extensive experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, utilities, or large-scale contracting.
• 5+ years in country, general, or senior business leadership.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-party contracts and distributed operations.
• Availability for travel and field work according to the role.

Good to have:

• P&L, cash flow, governance, contracting, and enterprise risk management.
• Telecommunications infrastructure and outside-plant operating models.
• Indonesia regulatory, labor, business, and stakeholder environment.
• Professional English and native Bahasa Indonesia required.

This role is mostly hybrid, a combination between remote and customer site work
