Job summary

Gilat is seeking a PM / Operations Manager for our Jakarta, Indonesia location. This role focuses on contract management, network operations, field operations and supply chain to deliver distributed-network programs.

You will plan and control end-to-end delivery, coordinating OSS/BSS readiness, milestones, risks, and costs to ensure compliant, scalable operations in a hybrid setting. Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, or Project Management-related discipline.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Professional English and Bahasa Indonesia required.
• Solid experience managing telecom infrastructure or utility programs.
• Experience leading multi-functional and contractor-based regional delivery.
• Knowledge on program controls, WBS, scheduling, risk, change, and cost management.
• Experience with OLT, OSP, GIS, NOC, and telecom deployment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control end-to-end delivery of the distributed-network program, integrating contracts, engineering, network services, field deployment, supply chain, quality, cost, schedule, and compliance.
• Translate agreements into the integrated baseline scope, schedule, budget, and resource plan.
• Lead cross-functional planning and weekly performance reviews.
• Manage regional ramp-up and contracted OSP capacity against demand.
• Control milestones, critical path, risks, changes, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate readiness of OSS/BSS, GIS, NOC, vendors, warehouses, and field processes.
• Establish an executable and controlled operating plan.
• Resolve dependencies and maintain delivery pace.
• Provide sufficient capacity without uncontrolled fixed cost.
• Protect contractual commitments and business outcomes.
• Enable stable operational launch and scale.
• Support timely, evidence-based governance.
• Maintain safe and compliant execution.
