Job summary

Gilat Satellite Networks in Jakarta seeks a Procurement Lead to execute transparent sourcing of materials, equipment, contractors, and services, safeguarding specifications, schedules, costs, compliance, and contract terms.

Responsibilities include running sourcing events, prequalifying suppliers, negotiating terms, issuing POs, tracking delivery, and developing supplier performance reports. The role is mostly hybrid with travel to Jakarta area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in procurement for telecom, infrastructure, technology, or construction.
• Knowledge in RFQ/RFP, bid evaluation, negotiation, purchase contracts, Incoterms, and ERP.
• Experience with Supplier due diligence and anti-bribery controls.
• Availability for travel and field work according to the role (Jakarta area).
• Professional English and native Bahasa Indonesia required.

• Negotiate price, lead time, warranty, service, and risk allocation.
• Issue and administer purchase orders and supply contracts.
• Track delivery and resolve supplier exceptions.
• Maintain sourcing records, approvals, and segregation of duties.
• Develop supplier performance and savings reports.
• Create fair competition and traceable decisions.
• Engage capable and acceptable vendors.
• Achieve sustainable total-value outcomes.
• Maintain clear commitments and controls.
• Protect operational availability.
• Support audit and anti-bribery compliance.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement.

For our Indonesia location (Jakarta) we are looking for a professional Procurement Lead with technical leadership, with proven experience working on opeartions procurement roles
