Gilat Satellite Networks di Jakarta mencari Field Operations Manager untuk memimpin pelaksanaan lapangan regional yang aman dan efisien, serta mengelola kontraktor, izin, kualitas, jadwal, dan penerimaan pekerjaan.

Posisi ini bersifat hybrid antara kerja jarak jauh dan kunjungan ke lokasi pelanggan. Kandidat berpengalaman dalam deploy telekomunikasi, HSE, dan manajemen tim regional, serta fasih berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris, sangat diinginkan.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang Telekomunikasi, Elektro, Sipil, Teknik Industrial, atau bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman minimal 7+ tahun dalam deployment lapangan untuk telekomunikasi, utilitas, atau infrastruktur.
• Pengalaman mengelola kontraktor dan tim regional yang tersebar.
• Pengetahuan konstruksi OSP, survei situs, deployment, HSE, izin, dan manajemen kontraktor.
• Pengalaman dalam pengukuran kemajuan dan dokumentasi penerimaan.
• Kesiapan perjalanan dan pekerjaan lapangan sesuai peran (area Jakarta).
• Diperlukan Professional English dan Bahasa Indonesia asli.

Responsibilities

• Menerjemahkan rencana regional menjadi rencana mobilisasi, pekerjaan, dan penyebaran kontraktor.
• Mengelola supervisi regional dan tim OSP yang dikontrak.
• Mengkoordinasikan akses, izin, material, desain, dan persyaratan gangguan.
• Memantau produksi harian, kualitas, HSE, dan kendala.
• Memimpin penyelesaian perubahan lapangan, insiden, dan isu pemangku kepentingan.
• Memvalidasi kuantitas selesai dan bukti penerimaan.
• Standarisasi metode dan pembinaan pemimpin regional.
• Memelihara kapasitas lapangan yang dapat dieksekusi.
• Mencapai penyampaian yang aman, patuh, dan produktif.
• Merilis front kerja tanpa keterlambatan yang dapat dihindari.
• Memulihkan deviasi dengan cepat.
• Melindungi kelanjutan dan penerimaan komunitas.
• Dukungan terhadap kemajuan akurat dan pembayaran.
• Meningkatkan konsistensi antar wilayah.

For our Indonesia location (Jakarta) we are looking for a professional Field Operations Manager. Your main mission will be to lead safe and productive regional field execution for surveys and deployment, managing contractors, permits, social interfaces, quality, schedule, and acceptance.

• Translate regional plans into mobilization, workfront, and contractor deployment plans.
• Manage regional supervision and contracted OSP teams.
• Coordinate access, permits, materials, designs, and outage requirements.
• Monitor daily production, quality, HSE, and constraints.
• Lead resolution of field changes, incidents, and stakeholder issues.
• Validate completed quantities and acceptance evidence.
• Standardize methods and coach regional leaders.
• Maintain executable field capacity.
• Achieve safe, compliant, and productive delivery.
• Release work fronts without avoidable delay.
• Recover deviations quickly.
• Protect continuity and community acceptance.
• Support accurate progress and payment.
• Improve consistency across regions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in field deployment for telecom, utility, or infrastructure.
• Experience managing contractors and distributed regional teams.
• Knowledge OSP construction, site survey, deployment, HSE, permits, and contractor management.
• Experience in progress measurement and acceptance documentation.
• Availability for travel and field work according to the role (Jakarta area)
• Professional English and native Bahasa Indonesia required.

This role is mostly hybrid, a combination between remote and customer site work
