• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or engineering.
• 10+ years in automotive/truck sector, with ≥5 years in senior leadership.
• Strong sales, business development, and profitability management.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with corporate and fleet customers.
• Leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation and financial analysis.
