Pengiklan Anonim seeks an experienced Accounting Manager to lead finance, accounting and tax functions in Semarang. You will establish policies, manage budgeting, cash flow, treasury, AR, risk management and tax compliance, and oversee reporting to the board.

Strong English and CPA credentials are preferred, with at least six years in managerial finance roles and proven presentation skills. Willing to be placed in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance; CPA preferred.
• 6+ years in finance & accounting managerial roles.
• Strong knowledge of tax accounting, compliance and returns.
• Experience in cash flow reporting, budgeting, and tax planning.
• Proficient in MS Office and tax software (e-SPT, e-Faktur, e-filling).
• Fluent in English; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Establish Finance, Accounting and Tax Policies, Procedures and Limits of Authority.
• Prepare and submit financial reporting on schedule.
• Plan and manage budgeting activities.
• Oversee treasury: working capital, investments, hedging, forex, cashflow and funding.
• Monitor AR performance and credit risk; assess risk metrics.
• Manage insurance operations: issuance, renewal, recording.
• Drive risk management and internal controls.
• Support HR development and a conducive working environment.

Establish Finance, Accounting and Tax Policies and Procedures and Limits of Authority

Prepare and submit financial reporting on scheduled time

Plan and manage the financial budgeting activities

Manage and control company daily operational related with finance, accounting and tax

Manage treasury management activities including working capital management, investment of surplus funds, hedging strategy, forex exposure, cashflow forecast and funding management

Monitor on Account Receivable (AR) performance

Perform credit risk assessment and monitor credit risk performance

Performance insurance claim activities and manage overall operation of insurance (issuance, renewal, recording)

Enhance risk awareness culture and perform risk management activities within the day-to-day business process

Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment

Prepare and perform tax activities including tax computation, administration, compliance and reporting

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor Degree (S1) / Master Degree (S2) in accounting/finance field, preferably with CPA (Certified Public Accountant) accreditation

Experience 6 years in finance & accounting managerial positions

Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns, such as pph 21, pph 23, pph 25 & employee tax

Excellent in creating cash flow report, financial report (balance L/R), annual budget & company tax planning

Certificate brevet A&B

Knowledge of tax software (e-SPT, e-Faktur & e-filling) and Ms Office software (word and excel)

Fluent in both spoken and written English

Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented

Good communication

Excellent presentation Skills

Experience to prepare materials presentation

Willing to be place in SEMARANG (Central Java)
