PT Thai Union Kharisma Lestari mencari seorang Manager Finance & Accounting berpengalaman untuk memimpin operasional keuangan harian, menjamin pelaporan akurat, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi Indonesia.

Peran ini membutuhkan gelar sarjana di akuntansi/keuangan, minimum 8 tahun pengalaman di bidang keuangan dengan 3 tahun di manajerial, serta kemahiran ERP dan Excel. Bahasa Inggris fasih menjadi nilai tambah.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Finance & Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
• Experience in audits, compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

PT Thai Union Kharisma Lestari is looking for an experienced Manager Finance & Accounting to support our business operations through strong financial management, accounting oversight, reporting accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily finance and accounting operations.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis activities.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Coordinate external audits, tax audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance financial governance.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.

Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.

Experience handling audits, compliance, and statutory reporting.

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience in manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
