Exeltis Indonesia is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead accounting, financial controls, and reporting. You will oversee accounts payable/receivable, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive closing procedures with accuracy and timeliness.

You will partner with auditors, coordinate tax compliance, and develop budgets and cost forecasts. The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, at least five years in manufacturing finance, English fluency, and readiness to be stationed in Semarang.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
• Familiar with accounting principles including SAP, PSAK and IFRS.
• Experience developing financial policies and procedures.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• Willing to be placed in Semarang.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and establish timelines and closing procedures for smooth and on-time financial closing.
• Control planning, reporting and payment of corporate tax obligations for compliance with regulations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external auditors and tax authorities; coordinate audit data submission.
• Create budget and cost forecast reports.
• Set parameters for material cost, labor, and manufacturing overhead to determine product cost.

Responsibilities :

1. Plan and develop financial procedures, and control day-to-day financial activities of the organization to ensure that all financial transactions, system and prosedures comply with regulations, accounting principles, and standards


2. Oversee the management of accounts receivable and payable, develop payment scedule, control the spending based on priorities scale and communicate to user on the payment urgency (if any), in order to ensure the availability of funds for the company's operations and maintain short-term and long-term financial health


3. Directing and monitoring the function of accounting in processing financial data and information to provide financial reports that the company needs accurately and in a timely manner


4. Develop and establish timelines and closing procedures, as well as direct and monitor their implementation in order to ensure financial closing runs smoothly and on time


5. Control the planning, reporting and payment of corporate tax obligations to be efficient, accurate, timely in order to ensure compliance with applicable government regulations


6. Establish and maintain positive relationships with external auditor, tax audit, and appraiser ; direct the data submission for audit process (including fixed asset checking, and stock opname inventory) to ensure the audit process runs smothly


7. Create budget & cost forecasted report


8. Fix the parameter price of material cost, labor & manufacturing overhead and etc to determined product cost

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting


• Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field in manufacturing company


• Familiar with accounting principles (SAP, PSAK, IFRS)


• Having experienced to develop and establish financial policies and procedures


• Fluent in English both speaking and writing


• Willing to be placed in Semarang
