Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in the same role in a 5-star resort environment.
• Experience in renovation, refurbishment, or repositioning of a property.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the resort's overall operation, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
• Drive Rooms, F&B, and revenue-generating performance.
• Own annual budget and key business targets, including profitability and costs.
• Lead the hotel team with accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
• Ensure brand promise and memorable guest experiences.
• Collaborate with corporate team on strategies, budgets, and plans.
• Lead renovation, refurbishment, or transformation projects with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Operations, Sales & Marketing during renovations.
• Maintain relationships with owners, guests, partners, vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability, asset value.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, hospitality best practices.
• Represent the hotel in the local community, building relationships with entities.
