Job summary

PT Weharima Langgeng Lestari is seeking a General Affair Group Leader to oversee infrastructure, fleet, and B3 waste management across our facilities. The role ensures hygienic, safe environments and regulatory compliance in line with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.

The candidate will lead the GA division, prepare annual work plans and budgets, and coordinate with government agencies. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in GA (2+ in supervision) are expected, preferably from FMCG or manufacturing

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 education from any discipline (Engineering graduates preferred).
• Understanding of building projects and knowledge of vehicle and motor mechanics.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in General Affair, with at least 2 years at supervision/Group Leader level, preferably from FMCG or Manufacturing industries.
• Deep understanding of B3 waste management, IPAL operations, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong leadership qualities, negotiation abilities, and sharp analytical skills.
• Familiarity with K3, GMP standards, and ISO management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of factory and office buildings in accordance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards to ensure hygienic and safe working environments.
• Manage operational fleet vehicles and distribution, including routine maintenance, driver management, and licensing compliance (STNK & KIR).
• Take full responsibility for B3 waste management and IPAL operations, and ensure timely periodic reporting through SIMPEL/SIRAJA and Festronik systems.
• Prepare Annual Work Plans and Budgets (RKAT) for the GA division and control expenditures to achieve cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
• Conduct vendor selection and periodic evaluation (cleanliness, security, maintenance) and maintain good relationships with relevant government agencies regarding licensing.
