Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is looking for a General Affair & EHS Part Leader to assist in leading the General Affair and Environmental Health Safety team. The role is based in Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, have 6-8 years of relevant experience, and be adept in GA Management and EHS practices. Responsibilities include managing office asset procurement, EHS management, and ensuring the office's cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience as Senior Staff General Affair & EHS in manufacturing.
• Experience in building and facilities maintenance companies.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, K3, and other certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that GA team performs well.
• Control and manage schedules for OB, driver, and messenger.
• Responsible for EHS management.
• Handle complaints from employees regarding company infrastructure.
• Manage office asset procurement and maintenance.

Job description

General Affair & EHS Part Leader will assist GA & EHS Team Leader to lead Team General Affair & Environmental Health Safety (Team GA & EHS), with work location in Ciracas, East Jakarta.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education is bachelor’s degree from law or related. Master’s degree in law is value plus
• Have 6-8 year’s experience as Senior Staff General Affair & EHS in manufactures, preferably PMA manufactures
• Have good skills in GA Management, Asset & Building, Cleaning & Security, Unit Operational, Facility, Permit & License, EHS
• Have ability to analyse, evaluate, initiative and have a good leadership
• Experience in building and facilities maintenance companies
• Familiar with Ms. Office specially Ms.Excel & Ms.PPT
• Good English both written and verbal
• Have knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, K3, ISO 9001, SMETA SEDEX, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, CPKB/GMP, MUI Halal, Vegan & Cosmos or other certification related

Role & Responsibilities:

• Make sure that GA team perform well
• Controlling and manage OB, driver, and messenger schedule
• Responsible for EHS management
• Responsible for office asset procurement, asset maintenance, and recording of all office assets
• lease agreements and permits related to office needs
• Handle complaint from employees about company facilities and infrastructure
• Responsible for company operational vehicle
• Ensure payment of operational expense bills on time
• Ensure the cleanliness of the company's work area
• Supporting company event
• Making RKAT/division budget
