Job description

General Affair & EHS Team Leader will lead the Team General Affair & Environmental Health Safety (Team GA & EHS) at our Ciracas, East Jakarta site. The incumbent will supervise a team of more than three people.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education is a bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
2. 10‑15 years of experience as a supervisor in general affair and EHS within manufacturing, preferably PMA manufacturing.
3. Strong leadership skills to manage and lead the Team GA & EHS.
4. Mastery of clearance procedures for foreign labor (labor law), occupational health & safety standards.
5. Advanced knowledge and continuous updating on government permits in Indonesia or internationally.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Excellent networking and relationship management with government bodies and adept negotiation skills.
8. Advanced skill in managing security, drivers, EHS, transportation, and cleaning services.
9. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
10. Good written and verbal English.
11. Advanced knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, K3, ISO 9001, SMETA SEDEX, ISO 22716, CPKB/GMP, MUI Halal, Vegan & Cosmos, or other certification-related standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the GA & EHS teams in carrying out routine tasks (daily, monthly, and annual) to support employee needs.
• Manage the GA & safety desk (quality and standard conformity - certification).
• Implement work standards, instructions, and safety protocols, including monitoring and coordinating environmental safety guidance and waste management.
• Establish and plan annual targets, monitoring documents and record conformity.
• Personnel management, development of subordinates and self‑development.
• Ensure the smoothness of the GA and safety work processes.
