Job summary

DHL Indonesia is hiring for an operations role in the warehouse/logistics area. You will help ensure all shipments are processed safely according to local and DHL standards, and you will implement standard process flows to meet customer requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and the ability to work in shifts. You will work both independently and as part of a team, adapt to changing priorities, and make timely decisions to keep operations efficient.

Qualifications

• Minimum a bachelor's degree from any major.

• Basic English skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments inbound and outbound are processed per local and DHL standards safely.
• Activate standard process flows in daily operations to satisfy customer needs.
• Process inbound and outbound material according to current processes.
• Ensure equipment is operating and take corrective actions when it fails.
• Keep the process area clean and ready for the next cycle.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all shipments – both inbound and outbound – are processed according to local and DHL Network standards in a safe and secure manner
• Activate the standard and agreed process flows in daily operations to satisfy the customer needs and requirements
• Process inbound and outbound material according to the latest processes and procedures
• Ensure that all relevant equipment is operating and take corrective actions when equipment fails
• Keep the process area clean and tidy and make sure it is ready for the next process cycle
