Job summary

DHL Express is seeking a Certified International Specialist to support our inbound and outbound shipments from Tangerang, Indonesia. You will ensure processes align with DHL standards and collaborate across teams to satisfy customers while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and the ability to work in shifts, adapt to change, and function both independently and in a team. Basic English is an advantage in our global environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipments inbound and outbound are processed according to DHL standards.
• Activate the standard and agreed process flows in daily operations to meet customer needs.
• Process inbound and outbound material according to latest procedures.
• Ensure all relevant equipment operates and take corrective actions when equipment fails.
• Keep the process area clean and ready for the next process cycle.
