Job summary

DHL Express in Batam is seeking a Certified International Specialist to drive and deliver shipments within the local area, while following standard operating procedures and ensuring all equipment is ready.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in any field, ability to work independently, and a valid car license (A or B). English proficiency is an advantage; DHL offers training and opportunities in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver shipments within the assigned area following SOPs.
• Ensure equipment (scanners, radios, uniforms, AWBs, vehicles, ID) is proper and ready.
• Complete administration and expenses reporting to the operations cashier on arrival.
• Return undeliverable shipments to warehouse.
• Other duties as required.

Main Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver shipments within his own area promptly and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ensure that all equipment such as Scanners, radio, uniforms, AWBs, vehicles, ID card, etc are proper and ready.
• Complete the administration processes and operational expenses to the operations cashier immediately upon arrival.
• Return undeliverable shipments to warehouse.
• Other duties as required.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum holds a bachelor's degree from any major
• Able to work independently
• English conversant is an advantage.
• Able to drive a car & having A or B license.
