Job summary

DHL Indonesia invites you to join the Insanely Customer Centric team as a delivery associate. You will pick up and deliver shipments in your area, following standard operating procedures and ensuring all equipment is ready.

You should hold a bachelor’s degree, be able to work independently, and have a valid car license (A or B). English is an advantage as you connect with international teams and customers in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Able to work independently.
• English conversations are an advantage.
• Able to drive a car and hold A or B license.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver shipments within his own area promptly and follow standard operating procedures.
• Ensure that all equipment such as Scanners, radio, uniforms, AWBs, vehicles, ID card, etc are proper and ready.
• Complete the administration processes and operational expenses to the operations cashier immediately upon arrival.
• Return undeliverable shipments to warehouse.
• Other duties as required.
