Job summary

PT Golden Tekstil Indonesia is seeking a Garment Production Manager based in Central Java to oversee end-to-end garment manufacturing on-site. You will plan and schedule production, coordinate cutting, sewing, finishing and packing, and ensure targets for quality, cost, and delivery are met.

You will lead production teams, monitor daily line performance, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes including pattern, cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality inspection.
• Experience in production planning, workflow optimization, and line balancing to meet efficiency and delivery targets.
• Proven ability in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management on the production floor.
• Competence in quality assurance, defect prevention, and adherence to customer specifications and industry standards.
• Skills in cost control, material utilization, and basic production budgeting.
• Familiarity with production tracking systems, spreadsheets, and factory reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for coordination with production teams, merchandising, procurement, and management.
• Ability to work on-site in Central Java, Indonesia, and collaborate with diverse workforce groups.
• Experience in garment or textile manufacturing at supervisory or managerial level; factory management experience is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance with labor and environmental standards.
