Job summary

PT. Tonton Clothing Indonesia is seeking an experienced Supervisor Sewing Garment to oversee the entire sewing production process and lead sewing operators and leaders. The role ensures targets are met while maintaining garment quality, with a focus on sportswear production flow.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be capable of coordinating with PPIC, QC, and related departments. Willingness to be placed in Bandung area is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor or Leader Sewing in the garment industry.
• Proficient in sewing techniques and understanding of sewing machine operation.
• Understanding of garment production processes, particularly sportswear.
• Able to manage manpower, production targets, and line balancing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
