Job summary

PT Pan Brothers Tbk is a leading garment manufacturer in Indonesia. The position involves data input and SAP updates for Merchandising tasks, and creating/sending Purchase Orders with follow-up on material orders.

You will monitor samples, artwork approvals, and production progress, coordinating with parties to ensure on-time delivery to buyers. Responsibilities include KP, BOM, PR, and PO tasks, plus preparing annual reports and company profiles.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work as part of a team.
• Willing to work overtime to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform data input and SAP updates related to Merchandising tasks.
• Create and send Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up on material orders.
• Monitor samples, artwork approvals, and production progress.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure on-time delivery to buyers.
• Complete KP, BOM, PR, and PO tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Prepare Annual Reports, Company Profiles, and Press Releases.
